Diverse Foods and Flavours: Healthy Diabetes Recipe Booklets
Do you enjoy South Asian, Chinese, Caribbean or Latin American foods? Try these healthier versions of traditional recipes as part of your diabetes prevention or management plan. The recipe booklets include nutrient analysis and healthy eating tips for diabetes. EatRight Ontario and George Brown College have worked together to develop these four recipe booklets that are designed to reach various cultures.
