Soy Butter and Banana Roll

2011 Kids Recipe Challenge winning recipe – 1st place!

Category: School day lunch, grades 4-6

Hannah, from Beamsville, loves this twist on the traditional peanut butter and banana sandwich.  Serve it up with a glass of milk for a perfect bite.

If your kids can’t have peanut butter because of allergies, try soy butter. It’s available in most grocery stores.  The kids will love being able to enjoy their favourite flavour combination once again.
