Kids can help pour the ingredients into the blender and then decorate the bowl with their favourite ingredients.

Frozen banana, sliced |

Fresh or frozen blueberries, raspberries or strawberries |
1 cup (250 mL)
|
Plain 0% fat Greek yogurt |
1 cup (250 mL)

Milk or milk alternative |
1 cup (250 mL)

Granola |
2 Tbsp
|
Chia seeds |
2 tsp (10 mL)
|
Slivered or chopped almonds |
2 tsp (10 mL)
|
Unsweetened shredded coconut |
2 tsp (10 mL)
|
Diced watermelon, fresh or frozen berries or other fruit |
1 cup (250 mL)

Directions

In a small bowl, combine granola, chia seeds, almonds and coconut; set aside.

In a blender combine banana, berries, yogurt and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Divide among 3 bowls. Sprinkle with granola mixture. Top with watermelon and serve.
