Crunchy Peanut Butter Boat

This recipe comes to us from Jasmin in North Bay, who shared this twist on a banana and peanut butter favourite.

While Jasmin’s mom cuts the banana for her, she prepares the filling for this tasty treat.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 1




Peanut butter

1 Tbsp (15 mL)


1 Tbsp (15 mL)

Bran cereal clusters

1 Tbsp (15 mL)

Raisins (optional)



  1. Peel banana and cut a small wedge out of it to create a boat shape.
  2. In a small bowl, mash banana wedge and add peanut butter, honey and bran.
  3. Spread into banana boat and sprinkle with raisins if using.
