Waist Circumference
Waist circumference is a measure of the health risk associated with too much stomach fat. Men with a waist circumference more than 102 cm (40 in) and women with a waist circumference more than 88 cm (35 in) are at increased risk of developing type 2 diabetes, heart disease and high blood pressure.
